Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of anymail (the "Service"), operated by
Creathink One Sp. z o.o., KRS 0000909721, NIP 5242921982, registered office
at Odkryta 11C/12, 03-140 Warsaw, Poland ("we", "us"). By connecting a mailbox you
agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
anymail connects to your Gmail or Outlook mailbox to sort mail into categories, apply labels, flag senders to unsubscribe from, and prepare draft replies in your writing style. anymail does not send email on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and sending any draft yourself.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a contract. You must own or be authorized to manage the mailbox you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; connect a mailbox you are not authorized to access; attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the Service; or use it to process content that infringes others' rights.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your email content and data. You grant us a limited licence to process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of your mail.
5. Third-party services
The Service depends on Google, Microsoft, payment and infrastructure providers. Your use of connected mailboxes remains subject to Google's and Microsoft's own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services.
6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices and billing cycle are shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Consumer right of withdrawal. If you are an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to use a paid feature during that period you agree that the Service begins immediately and you may lose the withdrawal right for the part already performed, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". anymail assists with mailbox organization and does not guarantee that categorization, unsubscribe detection or drafts are accurate or complete. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for mandatory consumer rights.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and disconnect your mailbox at any time from Settings. On disconnection or account deletion we delete your stored data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply. Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Complaints
Send complaints to [support@anymail.watch]. We aim to respond within 14 days.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
